State Street stakeholders requested a new tool to support financial advisors during client meetings, specifically for gathering essential financial information and preparing proposal materials. Our team was tasked with designing a modern, streamlined tool that would support advisors throughout the entire client interaction—from capturing key financial details to preparing proposal materials. The goal was to elevate usability, reduce friction, and create a clearer, more guided workflow that enhanced advisor productivity
