A State Street stakeholder requested a new tool to support financial advisors during client meetings, specifically for gathering essential financial information and preparing proposal materials. Our team was tasked with designing a modern, streamlined tool that would support advisors throughout the entire client interaction—from capturing key financial details to preparing proposal materials. The goal was to elevate usability, reduce friction, and create a clearer, more guided workflow that enhanced advisor productivity

Designed a new, cohesive user experience that aligned with State Street’s design standards while addressing the real-world needs of financial advisors.

Final Prototype Mockup in paper

I collaborated with my teammate to design and prototype the smart mirror. Once finalized, we printed it and attached it to a mirror for user testing.
